Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 62bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 62bat website located at https://62bat.app , all associated subpages, and any related services or products offered through the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 62bat platform — including browsing game categories, placing sports bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 62bat platform. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. 62bat recommends that you review these Terms periodically so that you remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 62bat platform is intended solely for adult users who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 62bat or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion programme.
• You are not currently registered as a problem gambler with any responsible gambling organisation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

62bat enforces a strict minimum age of 18 years for all players. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution.

Where 62bat has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18 — whether based on account activity, support interactions, or third-party reports — the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance held, and conduct a full age verification investigation. If the investigation confirms that the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits returned to the source payment method, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 62bat services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 62bat platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under your own identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where 62bat detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual (identified by matching device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, KYC documents, or any combination thereof), all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 62bat strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or service. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 62bat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible, as they are used for account recovery and security notifications.

62bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any transaction completed through your account while logged in will be treated as having been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified 62bat of a security breach.

KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, 62bat conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit documentation at the time of registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform at 62bat's reasonable discretion. KYC documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 62bat — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 62bat does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any amounts referenced in these Terms are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Supported Payment Methods

62bat supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Commercial Banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount on 62bat is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your 62bat wallet within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation, though processing times may vary slightly during periods of high network traffic or scheduled maintenance.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for next-day processing.
• 62bat reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above certain thresholds, as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus money may be subject to additional wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full details.

Funds Ownership

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. You must not use credit cards, bank accounts, or mobile wallets that belong to a third party. If 62bat identifies a mismatch between the account holder and the registered player during KYC or payment review, the affected funds will be held pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.

Bonuses & Promotions

62bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is eligible to be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus offers cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual offer's terms.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates. The contribution schedule for each promotion will be specified in the offer terms.
• 62bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to player accounts will be honoured under the terms active at the time of crediting.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — is strictly prohibited. Where 62bat identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus balance, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the offending account(s) without prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 62bat platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the 62bat platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring transactions in a manner designed to disguise their origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a deposit that has already been used on the platform.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or share winnings derived from coordinated play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or incorrect odds to generate artificial winnings. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at 62bat's discretion.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your 62bat account on your behalf.
• Underage Access: Registering or attempting to register on behalf of a player who is under 18 years of age.

62bat reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious and to take any proportionate action it considers necessary, including temporary suspension of withdrawals, account freezing, or permanent closure, pending the outcome of the investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or 62bat — may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions set out below.

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 62bat account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion programme are handled under the Responsible Gaming framework and are subject to separate conditions detailed in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Suspension or Closure by 62bat

62bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse has been detected.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with 62bat's dormant account policy.
• 62bat is required to do so by law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by 62bat due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances not derived from bonus activity will be returned to the player following the completion of any outstanding investigation, unless forfeiture is required by law.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 62bat will attempt to contact the registered player at their last known email address or mobile number before applying a dormant account administration fee. Players are encouraged to keep their contact details up to date and to log in periodically to prevent their account from becoming dormant.

Limitation of Liability

62bat operates as a safe and reliable platform and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that its services are available, accurate, and secure. However, the following limitations apply to 62bat's liability to players:

• 62bat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
• 62bat is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, delays in payment processing, or inaccurate odds displayed due to data feed errors.
• 62bat is not responsible for any third-party products, services, or websites that may be referenced on the platform. All game content is provided by third-party certified game studios — 62bat does not develop or operate any proprietary RNG games.
• 62bat's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 62bat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 62bat's internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 62bat will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and endeavour to resolve them within 28 calendar days of acknowledgement.

Amendments to These Terms

62bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 62bat will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 62bat following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
